The B&B Fontanella 32 is a family-run design structure in Porto Sant'Elpidio. Located in a residential area, it offers recently renovated accommodation with air conditioning, satellite TV and small balcony or terrace. Pets are allowed.
The structure is located in Porto Sant'Elpidio, a few steps from the center and the beach which are less than 5 minutes away on foot and about 3 minutes by bike. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the motorway toll booth can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Ancona's Raffaello Sanzio Airport is 45 minutes away by car.
The B&B Fontanella 32 offers rooms with a small terrace, smart card access, independent air conditioning and heating, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection, minibar, safe, private bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set. A suite is available consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen with living room and furnished terrace.
Guests of the bed and breakfast will be able to park their car in one of the public car parks located near the structure. Luggage storage, Wi-Fi connection, lounge and terrace for common use are available.
