It can be reached via state roads from Liguria, Piedmont and Lombardy (SS36 for Lecco to Colico, SS38 to Bormio and then SS301), while if you arrive from the east and south, via the A22, the Bolzano Sud toll booth is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes away (you then continue on state roads, passing through Switzerland for a short stretch). The closest stations are Tirano in Italy and Zernez in Switzerland, connected to Livigno by public transport lines. The reference airports are Milan, Bergamo (connected in winter by the Livigno Express service) and Zurich.
