The hotel is located in Lido di Savio about 3 minutes walk from the beach, in a green area near the pine grove. The location is convenient for those who want to visit Mirabilandia and the Zoo Safari, reachable by car in about ten minutes.

The complex features 19 apartments with fully equipped kitchens and spacious bathrooms. Each apartment has two rooms, each with a balcony, TV, and air conditioning.
