DESCRIPTION

TSH - The Social Hub is a 4-star hotel in Bologna in the Bolognina district, with a contemporary and international character. Equipped with common spaces for work and for sharing everyday life, it offers areas for entertainment, for sports, a courtyard with swimming pool and a bar for organizing events. The lively atmosphere is ideal for young workers and for students with the possibility of long stays.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is located in the multicultural and dynamic district of Bolognina, an 8-minute walk from Bologna Centrale station and 2 minutes from the bus stop. Just outside the centre, in an area convenient for getting around, it allows you to reach the historic center and the main universities with a 12-minute journey by bus (20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bicycle). From the airport it is 20 minutes away with the Marconi Express shuttle which stops in front of the central station.

ROOMS

With modern and design furnishings, they are equipped with private bathroom, satellite TV, minibar, air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Depending on the type, it is possible to opt for Standard, Executive (larger) rooms and Deluxe rooms with living area. There are also 31 studio apartments reserved for long stays with private kitchen.

SERVICES

The hotel has a bar and a large courtyard with a relaxation area and swimming pool; as well as numerous common areas, relaxation areas, an auditorium for film projection and a Game Area with ping-pong and foosball tables. In addition to the recreational spaces, there are sectors aimed at students and workers with study rooms and a co-working area. Guests staying for long periods can use a laundry room with dryers and irons and a common kitchen with personal lockers.

Disabled people: the structure has a lift and large rooms with bathrooms equipped with high seats, grab bars, low sinks and an emergency bell.

POOL

The garden houses an outdoor swimming pool that can be used throughout the spring and summer, surrounded by a solarium area with sunbeds and umbrellas.

There is a ping-pong table and a fitness area with machines and equipment, open 24 hours a day, where gym, yoga, cardio and aerobics courses are periodically organised. It is possible to rent bicycles.

BUSINESS

In the hotel there is an auditorium with projector, as well as 4 modular and fully equipped business rooms with screens, stationery, blackboards and minibars. The large co-working area is structured in open space sectors with tables and desks and has private offices for meetings of 2-4 people.

FOOD

Hotel guests are served a continental breakfast with a selection of local products and the possibility of vegan and gluten-free options. The hotel Bistro, open from breakfast to dinner, offers à la carte menus and the possibility of organizing private events. In the common area there is a bar specializing in coffee breaks and happy hours. Guests staying for long periods can use a fully equipped common kitchen with refrigerators and personal pantries.
