Palazzo D'Ambra - Historic Residence in Florence is a B&B obtained from the renovation of the noble floor of a 17th century building that belonged to the D'Ambra Dukes. The structure consists of six large apartments, suitable for hosting up to 8 people and characterized by the richness and refinement of the interiors. It has a meeting room with adjoining meeting room, massage room, fitness area with equipment and services for cycle tourists.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in the historic center of Florence, a 4-minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Baptistery of San Giovanni and a 10-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The bed & breakfast is a 7-minute walk from the train station and a 25-minute drive from Amerigo Vespucci airport, which can also be reached by tram T2 in around 30 minutes.
ROOMS
The 6 apartments, of different sizes and capacities, are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning via app, TV or smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, living room, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hairdryer and shower cubicle. Accommodations with two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms or solutions on two levels are available. Some apartments have a balcony or panoramic terrace.
SERVICES
The B&B has a reception with left-luggage office, possibility of late check-in, check-out and planning of sightseeing trips and excursions, lift. For a fee, you can request the ironing service and the shuttle. Nearby, there is also a private paid car park, which can also be accessed without a reservation.
Children: cots for a fee, pushchairs available, safety gates, games and books for children. A baby sitting service is available upon request.
Spa: the structure has a wellness area which includes a room for massages (by reservation), bathroom and relaxation corner, chromotherapy.

Palazzo D'Ambra - Residenza d'Epoca is a FIAB (Italian Federation for the Environment and Bicycle) certified structure and provides cyclists with everything necessary for their stay: internal bike shed, workshop for small repairs, tools for maintenance and bike washing. Guests can also take advantage of a small gym with treadmills, exercise bikes and modern Technogym equipment.
FOOD
There is no catering service but it is possible to request, for a fee, an on-site catering service or home shopping.
