Developed over the years by the Moretti family, Hotel Number Nine is an eclectic and elegant Florentine house located a few steps from the Medici Chapels and the Cathedral of Florence, 500 meters from the Santa Maria Novella train station, a 10-minute walk from Piazza della Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. In the 40 individually designed rooms and suites, you'll find personal touches like patterned ceramics and patterned wallpapers, plus Simmons beds, Dedar fabrics and Diptyque delights, marble bathrooms, and an array of modern luxury amenities. The hotel also offers a world-class medical spa, a beauty center with a Pilates Reformer studio and small-group fitness classes with certified instructors, the elegant Nine Bistro and a number of options for tailor-made guided tours of Florence.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The hotel is located in the San Lorenzo district, a few steps from the Florence Cathedral. Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery are less than 10 minutes away on foot, while Santa Maria Novella station can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The Amerigo Vespucci airport is 20 minutes away by car and 30 with the T2 bus line.

ROOMS

There are 42 rooms and suites, each with unique characteristics, furnished with particular attention to detail and embellished with large windows, ceilings with frescoed wooden beams, parquet floors and en-suite marble bathrooms. The rooms have beds with Memory Foam mattresses, TV with Netflix, tea/coffee maker, towels and courtesy line. Connecting rooms can be requested.

SERVICES

The reception is open 24 hours a day with the possibility of express check-in and check-out, concierge service, tour desk and luggage storage. The common areas are furnished in a unique way, with bright colors and spaces dedicated to relaxation. There is a TV for guests and a Lounge Bar. A shuttle to/from the airport, laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available for a fee.

Children: availability of family rooms, baby-sitter service for a fee.
Business: the structure offers spaces for working and, upon reservation, equipped meeting rooms.
Pets: Pets are allowed and bowls and baskets are provided.
Disabled: the common areas and the rooms are wheelchair accessible. The property has an elevator and bathrooms equipped with an emergency bell.

SPA Number Nine is the hotel's wellness centre, where guests find 250 square meters dedicated to relaxation, with sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sensory showers and the possibility of face and body massages.

FOOD

The breakfast with à la carte menu, in Italian or international style, includes vegan options. Special diet menus and gluten-free foods are available on request.
