The bed and breakfast is located in the historic center of Senigallia, right inside the monumental area of the Foro Annonario, less than 5 minutes on foot from the Palazzo del Duca, the Rocca Roveresca and about 10 minutes from the Teatro La Fenice and the famous Rotonda love. The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes as well as the train station. In 5 minutes by car you arrive at the motorway exit, while it takes 20 minutes to get to Ancona airport.

The rooms combine modern furnishings and neoclassical architecture with the use of materials such as San Gaudenzio stone and natural reclaimed oak. Walls with exposed bricks and natural stones, wooden beams and design furnishings created by local craftsmen create an intimate and romantic atmosphere. The soundproofed rooms overlook the internal courtyard, the river or the historic center and are all equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar (stocked on request), Smart TV, safe and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is also a suite with mezzanine that can accommodate up to 4 people.
