DESCRIPTION
SunBeach B&B , located not far from the beach and the center of San Benedetto del Tronto, is a bed and breakfast accommodation facility. Housed on the 2nd floor of a building, it has large double and triple rooms, private parking and a panoramic terrace. It allows small pets free of charge.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located a 15-20 minute walk from the beach, the tourist port and the city center, all destinations that can also be reached by bicycle in about 5 minutes. A 5-minute walk from the property there are many bus stops for those who prefer to travel by public transport. The train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (or in about 10 minutes by car/bus), while the Abruzzo International Airport takes an hour by car.
ROOMS
The 5 rooms, double or triple, are furnished in a simple and functional way. They all have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and an en suite bathroom with shower. Some rooms have a balcony.
SERVICES
The structure is equipped with a large private outdoor car park for free use. At guests' disposal there is a common room where breakfast is served and a terrace with a panoramic view furnished with tables and chairs. Free Wi-Fi covers all areas.
Children: there are family rooms and the possibility of adding cots and extra beds.
