LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located a few steps from the beach of Marina Faleriense, a hamlet of Porto Sant'Elpidio, whose city center is 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the ancient village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare and Civitanova Marche. The local train station can be reached in 8 minutes by car or about 15 by bus (stop Sp. 28 Piazza Risorgimento, a 5-minute walk from the property), to Ancona-Falconara airport it takes 40 minutes by car.
