DESCRIPTION

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located a few steps from the beach of Marina Faleriense, a hamlet of Porto Sant'Elpidio, whose city center is 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle. In 15 minutes by car you can reach the ancient village of Sant'Elpidio a Mare and Civitanova Marche. The local train station can be reached in 8 minutes by car or about 15 by bus (stop Sp. 28 Piazza Risorgimento, a 5-minute walk from the property), to Ancona-Falconara airport it takes 40 minutes by car.

The property has 3 double bedrooms, Girasole, Margherita and Papavero, furnished in a modern style and characterized by decorative details that refer to their name. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safe, an electric kettle and a private en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, personal hygiene products and a hairdryer. In some rooms it is possible to add a third bed.
