LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located in Porto San Giorgio, a few minutes' walk from the beach and Piazza Bambinopoli, a play area for children facing the sea. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the train station and the city center. The tourist port is less than 10 minutes by car, while the Fermo-Porto San Giorgio motorway exit is less than 20 minutes. To reach Ancona airport it takes 45 minutes by car.
