DESCRIPTION
Hotel Bellavista is a family-run 3-star hotel located on the hills of Porto San Giorgio. Entirely renovated recently, it enjoys a panoramic view of the sea and the Marche hinterland. It offers welcoming environments and ideal accommodations for couples and families. Allows pets at no additional cost. Parking and Wi-Fi are free.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The hotel is located approximately 8 minutes' drive from the motorway exit and the train station. To reach the beaches and the historic center of Porto San Giorgio it takes 5 minutes by car.
ROOMS
The structure has 46 rooms available in double/twin, triple and quadruple variants. Furnished in a modern and essential style, the rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar, safe and bathroom with shower. Some have a balcony and enjoy panoramic sea views.
SERVICES
Next to the structure there is a free outdoor car park equipped with a charging station for electric cars. At guests' disposal a TV room with sofas, a reading room and a bar. Outside it will be possible to spend relaxing hours in the large garden furnished with chairs, tables and sofas. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the property. In the months of July and August it is possible to use the free shuttle service to the station and city centre.
Children: cots and high chairs available. At meals: children's menus and baby food.
Business: there are 3 conference rooms with a maximum capacity of 100 people.

In the garden there is an infinity pool with a panoramic view of the sea for the exclusive and free use of guests. Around it there is a solarium area equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers.
SPORT
For a fee, it is possible to rent electric bikes. The hotel provides routes and maps for cyclists, who also find a secure storage area for their vehicles and a bike washing area in the structure. Dedicated meals can be had upon reservation. Finally, a paid laundry service is available for technical items.
FOOD
The breakfast offered by the property is continental, sweet and savory. The meal is served buffet style in a large room with a panoramic view.
At lunch, guests can choose dishes from an à la carte menu, while at dinner they can select their preference from three different courses.
