B&B Isabella

DESCRIPTION

B&B Isabella is a small family-run bed and breakfast housed on the second floor of a building in Marcelli di Numana. The structure, a stone's throw from the beach, consists of three air-conditioned rooms furnished in a simple style, some overlooking the sea. A shared area with living room, TV and kitchenette is available to guests. Allows pets for free.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The B&B is located on the seafront in the hamlet of Marcelli, a 10-minute drive from the center of Numana, which can also be reached by bus (Marcelli - Via Venezia stop, 4 minutes walk from the property). In 10 minutes by car you can reach Sirolo, in 15 minutes you can reach the Conero Regional Park. The nearest train station, Osimo-Castelfidardo, is a 15-minute drive from the B&B, while Ancona-Falconara airport is about 30 minutes away.

ROOMS

The property has three air-conditioned rooms: two double rooms and one twin room where it is possible to add a third bed (with supplement). The double rooms have a private internal bathroom, while the double has an external bathroom for exclusive use. Some rooms have a TV and enjoy sea views.

SERVICES

The bed and breakfast offers guests a luggage storage service and the use of shared areas such as the equipped kitchen, the living room with TV and the terrace where smoking is permitted. Cleaning service is daily.

Children: cots are available.
Animals: pets are allowed on request.
Disabled people: the property can only be reached via stairs.

FOOD

Breakfast is served in the common room at a previously agreed upon time. Sweet and savory products and for any dietary requirement are available on request. Among the options are fresh croissants and homemade cakes. The kitchen with fridge and cooking area is always available to prepare meals independently.
