DESCRIPTION
Villa Paola is a bed and breakfast surrounded by greenery, located a short distance from the ancient village of Grottammare Alta. Housed in what was originally an old annex which has now been completely renovated, the B&B consists of a common living room, large kitchen and three double bedrooms. It also has a modern swimming pool with solarium area and a hydromassage tub in the garden. It offers an Italian breakfast.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The structure is located in a hilly and panoramic position, less than a 5-minute walk from the ancient village of Grottammare Alta. The beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes, or on foot in 20 minutes, as is the local train station. In 5 minutes by car you can also reach the A14 motorway exit, while it takes about an hour to reach the airports of Ancona and Pescara.
ROOMS
The 3 double bedrooms of Villa Paola are furnished on a theme (Lighthouse Room, Stella Marina Room and Timone Room), each characterized by a dominant colour. Also available for single use, they are all equipped with Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, mosquito nets, blackout curtains, desk, LCD TV and private bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set.
SERVICES
Near the structure it is possible to find public and private parking, both free and for a fee. The B&B offers luggage storage service and offers a shared lounge and a kitchen with fridge.
