The A14 motorway exit is a 5-minute drive from the property, while the Pescara and Ancona-Falconara airports require about an hour's drive. In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the village of Grottammare Alta and the center of San Benedetto del Tronto.

Furnished with simplicity and functionality, all the accommodations are equipped with a balcony, independent air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi connection and private bathroom with shower or bathtub, courtesy set and wall-mounted hairdryer. The minibar is available on request, with a supplement. The larger accommodations include a living area and a hydromassage tub.
