DESCRIPTION
Palazzo Rotati is a boutique hotel located in the historic center of Fano, a few steps from the sea. Located inside a completely renovated 17th century noble palace, it offers an elegant combination of classic furnishings and modern services. It has large suites and apartments, all equipped with living area and kitchenette, and includes in the price of the stay a continental breakfast served in the room. Equipped for disabled guests and pet friendly.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
Palazzo Rotati is located in the historic center of the city, within the ZTL, a 10-minute walk from the beach. The main places of interest are within walking distance: the Teatro della Fortuna, the Arch of Augustus and the Rocca Malatestiana are no more than a 5-minute walk away. The railway station is a 7-minute walk away, while the airports of Ancona and Rimini can be reached in about half an hour by car.
ROOMS
The accommodations present, distributed between the main building and the annex, are characterized by refined classic furnishings and valuable details. Suites and apartments available that can accommodate up to 5 people, all equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV, independent air conditioning, safe, equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower cubicle and courtesy set. Some rooms have a furnished balcony.
