LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The B&B is located in the historic center of Cupra Marittima, next to Palazzo Sforza and the Archaeological Museum of the Territory and a 5-minute walk from the Church of Santa Maria in Castello. The beaches and the train station are a 5-minute drive from the property, San Benedetto del Tronto 15 minutes. The Grottammare motorway exit is 12 minutes away by car, while Pescara airport is about an hour away.

ROOMS

The structure has 3 accommodations furnished in rustic style: two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one consisting of two connecting double rooms with shared bathroom, ideal for families and groups of friends. All accommodations are equipped with heating, TV and Wi-Fi, some have sea views.

Those arriving by car can take advantage of the free public parking near the B&B. In the structure, at guests' disposal there is a common room with tables, sofas, TV and board games; outside there is a furnished terrace with panoramic views and a garden. It is possible to book an environmental hiking guide service for a walk in the Monti Sibillini and Monti della Laga National Park.

FOOD

Breakfast is Italian, based on sweet products including muffins, biscuits, tarts and homemade cakes. Jams are made with seasonal fruit, often from the garden, as is bread with nuts, figs and raisins. Products for intolerances or particular dietary needs are available on request.
