LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located in the center of Civitanova Marche, a 4-minute walk from Piazza XX Settembre and 10 minutes from the seafront and the train station. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the tourist port, while it takes 10 minutes by car to get to Civitanova Alta. Nearby, Recanati and Loreto are about 30 minutes away. Ancona and its airport are 40 minutes away by car.
ROOMS
The property has 2 double/twin rooms (Sofia and Alice) and a triple room (Greta), soundproofed and furnished in a modern style, all equipped with flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection. Each is equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.
