InVento B&B Unconventional Maison

DESCRIPTION

InVento B&B Unconventional Maison is a sustainable and design structure in Civitanova Marche. Composed of four modern rooms and common areas enriched by fine works of art and furnishings, it offers its guests business spaces and free parking. Pets are allowed.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The position of the B&B is strategic: just cross an underpass from the Adriatic state road to reach the beaches of the northern seafront of Civitanova in a few minutes. Furthermore, by car you can easily visit the main city attractions, such as Piazza XX Settembre and the Corso, or discover the ancient village of Civitanova Alta, less than 10 minutes away.

ROOMS

There are four large bedrooms, two of which are doubles, one triple and one quadruple. All offer Smart TV, independent underfloor heating, air conditioning, courtesy kit with high quality products and professional hairdryer. One of the rooms also boasts a hydromassage shower. Lastly, the Bronze room, which overlooks the garden, can also accommodate small animals.

SERVICES

The property has private parking with a charging station for electric cars and a furnished garden. It is possible to take advantage of the self check-in service and, upon request and for a fee, the laundry and ironing services.

Sport: in the structure there are columns for recharging e-bikes. A bicycle rental service is also available.
Pets: small dogs are allowed inside the structure.

BUSINESS

At the Maison there is a meeting room equipped with Wi-Fi 6 technology, suitable for both meetings and exhibitions.

FOOD

The breakfast, based on sweet products, includes homemade desserts, yoghurt, bread, organic jams and fruit salads with seasonal fruit. Furthermore, the bed & breakfast is attentive to the needs of those with intolerances or special dietary needs.
