DESCRIPTION
The Hotel Dimorae is a 3-star hotel located on the seafront of Civitanova Marche, a short walk from the centre. Made according to eco-sustainable criteria, it offers rooms and accommodations with a modern and essential design, equipped for disabled guests and ideal for those traveling as a couple, with the family or for work. It has a video-monitored garage, 2 meeting rooms and large common relaxation areas. We have an agreement with a pet-friendly bathing establishment a short distance away.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The hotel is located just 2 minutes on foot from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza XX Settembre, in the centre, and from the tourist port, from where it is possible to embark for excursions. Moving by car, the medieval village of Civitanova Alta can be reached in 10 minutes, Recanati and Loreto in about half an hour, the Conero in 45 minutes. The train station is a 7-minute walk away, while Ancona airport is a 40-minute drive away.
ROOMS
All the accommodations at the Hotel Dimorae, rooms and suites with a minimal and contemporary style, are equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating, safe, minibar, free Wi-Fi connection, electric kettle, flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set. Some have a kitchenette, the Junior Suite has a hydromassage tub.
SERVICES
The hotel has a video-monitored garage accessible for a fee and upon reservation. Guests can take advantage of the concierge service and left-luggage office and can relax in the large common lounge area, including a reading area and a self-service corner bar.
