Villa Benni is a family-run B&B built in the early 1900s in a park a few steps from the historic center of Bologna. Distinguished by the classic atmosphere of the past century, the building offers the illusion of time travel: the refined period furnishings of the rooms and common areas include walnut furniture, crystal chandeliers and frescoed walls; against these is a huge garden with fruit trees, a vegetable garden and farm animals. Breakfast is made exclusively with products prepared by the owners from the fruits of their own garden.
Villa Benni is located in Bologna in the residential area of Zaragoza. From here, you can walk to the Villa Spada park in 5 minutes, the Arco del Meloncello and the Dall'Ara stadium in 10 minutes. By bus, which stops a 2-minute walk from the hotel, you can reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca and the historic center in 10 minutes (stop in front of the Tomba dei Glossatori), and the Central Station in 15 minutes. G. Marconi International Airport is 15 minutes away by car or 40 by public transport.
Antique wooden furniture, fine curtains, mosaic floors, crystal chandeliers and 19th-century frescoes give the B&B's two accommodations a classic and refined look. The Ritratti double room and the Napoleonic room, which can accommodate up to 4 people, both offer a private balcony with a view of the garden and a marble bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The large garden that surrounds the building has various refreshment points and is suitable for organizing outdoor banquets or weddings. At the edge of the park there is also a Nazi bomb shelter with 12 rooms located 20 meters underground, which guests can freely visit. Inside, the villa has a cross-shaped atrium with four corridors, two of which lead to the common areas: the Sala Verde, a breakfast room with a large marble fireplace, and the Salotto Rosa, a relaxation corner with sofas and a fireplace. The Wi-Fi network is available free of charge throughout the entire hotel.

The owner of the villa prepares a homemade breakfast every day with freshly picked products from the property's garden. On the table, guests find freshly baked bread, fresh eggs, cakes and many other organic zero-km dishes.
