Located in the Borgo Panigale district, a 10-minute drive from the center of Bologna, Villa Aretusi, an ancient 17th-century residence owned by the painter Cesare Aretusi, is today an elegant accommodation facility surrounded by a large garden.
The property houses a restaurant on the first floor and 10 rooms in what was once the barn. In the painter's old studio, independent from the main structure, today there is a meeting room and the Trattoria Aretusi.
The villa is located in the suburb of Borgo Panigale in Bologna. It is a 3-minute drive from the Ducati Museum and 5 minutes from the MAST exhibition and multifunctional centre. A 2-minute walk from the property is the bus stop with frequent connections to the city center and the train station, reachable by bus in 30 minutes or by car in 20 minutes. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the G. Marconi International Airport, and 10 minutes to get to the A1 and A14 motorway exits.
Housed in the former barn of the villa, the 10 rooms offer essential furnishings with tiled floors and exposed beams. The accommodations are air-conditioned and complete with TV, Wi-Fi connection, safe, minibar, telephone, desk, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.
The gates of the villa open onto the large garden which houses two play areas for children and a furnished terrace in the shade of a portico. At the entrance, a reception with concierge welcomes guests to the hotel and, for those who wish, a bar is available. In addition to the two restaurants, the villa has extended its services to include a new room with windows overlooking the garden, dedicated to ceremonies and private events.

A second restaurant, the Trattoria Aretusi, is located in an adjacent building and offers typical dishes of the Emilian tradition. For private events, a catering and banqueting service is available.
