Refurbished in 2009, the apartment welcomes tourists in modern and functional rooms, some of which have an internal kitchenette that you can use as you please. 4 parking spaces and an airport transfer service are also available.

The same amount of time is enough to take the A14 motorway and arrive at Marconi Airport in 10 minutes. The presence of bus stops a 5-minute walk away allows you to reach the central station and the historic center of Bologna in less than 15 minutes.

The breakfast proposals vary according to the period and the needs of the customers. If served in the structure (in the common room or in the privacy of your own bedroom), the buffet is continental style, with cheeses, cold cuts, organic yoghurts, seasonal fruit, hot drinks, flavored teas, fruit juices and freshly squeezed juices. Alternatively, it is possible to receive a voucher to have a meal in the partner bar, with croissant and cappuccino. The common room can also be used to have lunch and dinner in the structure.
