A few steps away from the hotel is the Marconi bus stop where various lines stop allowing you to reach the Two Towers and the central station in about 7 minutes. To get to G. Marconi airport it is possible to take the Marconi Express shuttle which leaves from the central station and takes you to your destination in about 10 minutes.
The B&B offers 3 brightly colored bedrooms: Red Camellia and Fiordaliso, two doubles with four-poster beds, and the Girasole room, quadruple with a double bed and 2 single beds. All rooms have a bathroom (shared or private external) with courtesy set, digital terrestrial TV, wardrobe, desk and free Wi-Fi. Some have a balcony with a view of the Two Towers. The B&B has a paid garage with a special rate a short distance away and with the possibility of a permit to access the ZTL. The owner lives in the structure and is available to provide assistance and information on the city.

The Italian breakfast buffet is served every morning in the common room, with coffee, fruit juices, packaged products and jams or homemade cakes made by the owner. Guests are welcome to have breakfast in their room.
