Antica Residenza D'Azeglio is a B&B housed on the second floor with lift of an elegant building in Via d'Azeglio, a few steps from Piazza dei Tribunali and the main places of interest in Bologna. Guests are welcomed in a luxurious and well-kept environment in a classic style, with elegant rooms ideal for a romantic stay, a living room in soft colors with comfortable sofas, TV and precious Murano chandeliers.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located in the center of Bologna, an 8-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, the Galleria Cavour and the Archiginnasio Library. The two towers are a 14-minute walk away, as are Via Zamboni and the university area. In 12 minutes on foot or 20 by bus, you arrive at Bologna Central Station, while for Marconi Airport it takes 16 minutes by car or 36 minutes by public transport (Marconi Express shuttle leaving from the train station).
ROOMS
The 5 rooms, furnished in a classic style, are finely decorated and embellished with numerous paintings and majestic Murano glass chandeliers. Each one different from the other in type, size and colour, they are divided into: Blue, Blue, Pink, Red and Green Suite. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, free minibar, safe and Wi-Fi connection. The Blue Room, in particular, boasts a four-poster bed and a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, while the Green Suite has a small sitting room with sofa bed.
SERVICES
For those traveling by car there is a garage within the ZTL or a nearby public car park. At guests' disposal there are Wi-Fi connection, a convenient luggage storage, concierge service and a living room with sofas and TV. An ironing service is available upon request and at a surcharge. To make guests' stay more pleasant, the B&B offers upon arrival a bottle of water and one of prosecco, a tray of fresh fruit and sweets.
Children : availability of family rooms, cot for babies and extra beds, baby-sitter service for a fee.
Pets : pets are not allowed.
Disabled : the structure is equipped with parking for the disabled and a lift, all rooms are also accessible to disabled guests.
FOOD
Breakfast is served in the common living room with a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard and includes a buffet with a wide selection of sweets, sweet and savory croissants, cheeses, cold cuts, yoghurt, fresh fruit and drinks, all served in fine china with the logo of the residence.
