The property is located in a seafront location in Giulianova Lido, a 10-minute walk from the tourist port. The historic center of Giulianova Alta can be reached in less than 10 minutes by bicycle, while to get to the station it takes 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. Both exits from the motorway (Val Vibrata toll booth to the north and Teramo-Giuliano-Mosciano Sant'Angelo toll booth to the south) are about 15 minutes away. Pescara Airport is just under an hour's drive from the hotel.

In the hotel there is a small conference center consisting of 3 equipped rooms located on the seventh floor, the largest of which has a maximum capacity of 150 seats. On the ground floor there is also a room for small meetings.
FOOD
The breakfast served as a buffet is sweet and savory continental. The restaurant offers revisited traditional Abruzzo dishes, accompanied by local and national wines. Variations for intolerances or other dietary needs are available on request.
